Buying collections

When someone brings a binder or a box to your table, ScanComps prices each card and adds up the total and your cash offer.

Building a deal

1. On the scanner, switch to Buying.
2. Scan a card and pick its condition. ScanComps shows its market price and your offer for it, then asks Add to the deal?
3. Tap Add to deal or Pass. Either way you're back at the scanner for the next card. Each add has Undo.

The Deals tab

• Your view lists each card with its price, the total value, your offer and your margin.
• Customer view shows only the cards, their value and your offer, so you can turn the phone around.
• Your offer is a percentage of the total value. Set it in Settings → Cash offer % (70% to start).

Completing a deal

Tap Complete deal when you've paid. Leave Add the cards to my collection ticked to add every card with what you paid for it. Completed deals are kept in Deal history.
